TickIt is an invoice auditing service for commercial concrete subcontractors. We compare ready-mix supplier invoices against field delivery tickets to identify potential billing discrepancies and generate dispute documentation. We provide this service as an informational and administrative tool only.
TickIt does not guarantee the recovery of any specific amount of money, does not provide legal advice, and is not a law firm. The dispute packages we generate are administrative documents intended to support your communications with your supplier. The ultimate outcome of any dispute is between you and your supplier.
To use TickIt you must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at our contact form if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
TickIt is offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
All fees are charged in US dollars. Prices may change with 30 days notice to active subscribers. Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to their terms of service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months. If you cancel, you will retain access to the service until the end of your paid period.
We offer a free 90-day audit to new users before subscribing. The free audit is provided as a one-time offer for new customers only. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue the free audit offer at any time.
You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload to TickIt. By uploading documents you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing the auditing service. We do not claim ownership of your business data.
